Where the words come from.
Quran
Verses are cited by sūrah and āyah (for example ar-Ra‘d 13:28). English meanings were checked against the Arabic and against the Sahih International translation. Where Habbah renders a phrase differently, it says so on that page.
Hadith
Hadith are cited by collection and number as they appear on sunnah.com: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim, Jāmi‘ at-Tirmidhī, Sunan Abī Dāwūd, Sunan an-Nasā’ī, Sunan Ibn Mājah and others. Narrations outside al-Bukhārī and Muslim show their grading, and weak narrations are clearly marked as weak.
Morning and evening adhkar
Only adhkar with an authentic (ṣaḥīḥ or ḥasan) report of their morning and evening virtue are included, each with its source and grading.
The 99 Names
Each Name's page gives its meaning, the verses where it appears, authentic hadith, and how to call on Allah by it. No “repeat this Name N times for X” claims are made, because they have no authentic source.
Review
All religious text is reviewed by qualified people before release. Arabic recitation is only ever included after a qualified reciter has checked it. If you notice anything that should be corrected, please write to support@habbahapp.com.
