Terms of use
These terms cover the Habbah: Dhikr & Tasbih app and the habbahapp.com website, both provided by Vozaman Ventures LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement governs the app.
Using Habbah
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. The worlds, bead designs, artwork and code belong to Vozaman Ventures LLC.
Religious content
Habbah is a tool for personal remembrance and learning. Every virtue it describes carries its reference to the Quran or to the hadith collections as numbered on sunnah.com, and weak narrations are marked. The text is checked carefully and reviewed before release, but the app is not a fatwa and does not replace learning from qualified scholars. If you find a mistake, please tell us at support@habbahapp.com.
Prayer times and reminders
Prayer times are calculated on your device from your location and the method you choose. They are estimates and may differ from your local mosque. Please rely on your mosque or local authority for prayer times.
Purchases
If the app offers optional purchases, Apple processes them under its terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.
No warranty
The app and website are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This includes lost data: your data lives on your device, so please keep backups.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
